Pet Peeve: Bands that show up late. If I make it a point to show up early to see your second-rate, lame-ass band, the least you can do is show up on time. Otherwise, you're wasting my time. You probably won't get a second chance.

And seeing you hang out at the bar, downing your comped drinks, when I've been waiting over an hour for you to show up just pisses me off. Get your ass on stage and hang out with your friends later.
