I saw this guy yesterday. I was pulling into the parking lot by my gym and he pulled up next to me. According to Wikipedia he lives nearby.

Yes, he was wearing the suit. And driving a similarly decorated car.

It was kind of like seeing a clown driving a car. Kind of amusing at first, then a little disturbing.
