It's not the heat...
Well...Actually, it is the heat. And the humidity. And the fact that our a/c broke sometime last night. It looks like the motor on the fan died. Ugh.
I don't mind being hot at home. The heat and humidity doesn't really bother me so much, but I sit in an air-conditioned office all day. The boyfriend, however, works from home and has to deal with it all day. Hopefully, they'll be able to fix it soon. I predict they don't come out until next week.
Typical DC summer. Hazy, hot and humid.
On a much cooler note, Q And Not U is playing at Fort Reno tonight. It's one of your last chances to see them. Don't miss it.

Yeah, but that's a dry heat. :-) It's been in the mid-90's with humidity pushing the heat index up to about 100 here. It's like standing in a steamroom. Still, I'll give you 116 - that's hell-hot.
